Seneschal Security will liaise with our client to establish the duties and procedures to be followed by our security team or patrol officer. These will be documented into our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) which each staff member will sign off on as having been read and understood. The SOP's also form the basis of the training regime for any new staff member assigned to you contract.
Staff will have as a minimum the relevant security training and certification. Some clients or officers may require additional training, (ie Customer Service) which can be provided as agreed.
